Did you know that a massive new Marine Protected Area (MPA) has just been created around Cocos Island to help protect the scalloped hammerhaed sharks and leatherback turtles in particular? This is a great step forward for conservation. Our GM is visiting there very soon and will be writing an article all about it, so look out for that!
